Something to pass the time

 

Panel 1 of 2: Top caption: "Orlo Cube discovers who's been leaving the mysterious papers," Pictured: Orlo Cube approaches a figure with a hat and scarf obscuring their face, crouching next to a gravestone, leaving a helium balloon tied to a rock which rock holds in place a sheet of paper covered in writing.
