A large fluffy cloud with heavy greyness has stuffed one descending tendril into a trenchcoat and formed approximate arms and legs. The cloud has a face, which is placed way too high for its intended disguise. The cloud says, "Hello. I am looking for parade. I love to go to parade. For watching."

I am allowed to know the location. I am allowed to go to parade.
